Thistle Prairie
Here at Thistle Prairie we are getting deeper into organic growing. We have expanded our garden this year and currently have 3 cold frames for year round growing and hot weather crops. We are constructing a fourth cold frame and attached greenhouse at this time. We have prepared additional pasture land with a cover crop that will expand our growing area again for this year. We are also preparing a pasture area for strawberries. We are finishing up a horse fence to hold two horses. We also are offering fresh ground flour from Nash’s grains.
